Leading the build of the People Data Hub, a Metabase project that turns KPI definitions for attrition, demographics, and terminations into a single source of truth for People Strategy, People Development, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP. That means writing the queries and dashboards directly, coordinating with Data Engineering on the underlying fields and with the People Information System team on how Workday structures its reports, then validating every figure against the HRMS before it goes out. Alongside that build sits ad hoc analytics for stakeholders across the business — a global attrition study, a workforce demographics report, a Comex span-of-control mapping — plus a set of inherited monthly HRBP and office-attendance dashboards, kept refreshed and QA-checked against the HRMS, with Claude assisting on the day-to-day maintenance.

Designed and optimised SQL queries in BigQuery to clean, enrich, and validate after-sales data across multiple product lines, which eliminated data inconsistencies and cut manual reconciliation work. That clean data fed into interactive Looker Studio dashboards built with drill-down KPIs, global date filters, and cross-table joins, giving the after-sales team real-time visibility into backlog, revenue, and service performance. Getting there meant working directly with business stakeholders to translate their reporting requirements into those unified dashboards, replacing ad-hoc spreadsheets with a single, consistent operational workflow.

Grew from junior accountant to Finance Officer over 9 years across multiple construction sites, taking on increasing responsibility for financial oversight and reporting. Day to day, that meant preparing and submitting monthly project progress reports (termijn) to Indonesia's Ministry of Public Works — the basis for government contract payment approvals, where accuracy directly determined payment release — on top of payroll and logistics coordination alongside core finance duties at a small, family-run company.

Prepared and filed tax returns, reducing the risk of penalties, and streamlined information flows between departments.
